Number of Tickets Closed at the Same Day

  • Track how many tickets are resolved within the same day, helping teams measure efficiency and responsiveness.

Percentage of Tickets Resolved Under the SLA

  • Monitor SLA compliance and ensure teams are meeting their service commitments.These metrics are now available for Autotask and ConnectWise users!
