Give Badge Button should be the FOCUS

Give Badge is on the 2nd line, , only visible in the Cafe page, it should be in ALL HUB PAGES. The Midle Icon, Café, Should be replaced by GIVE Badge. The text message for the café Looks like what I would use to give a badge
A “Give Badge Page”, more detailed, easiler to navigate and with a clear separation between peer manager and executive badges IS ESSENCIAL especially for Admins - They arte the first to see HUB and they will use to recognize their team as well. As managers they might wanna trigger badges based on café, contests. The café does not separate ratings, badges, contests, NPS ratings (non exitant)… IS TOO MUCH go go through, different areas have different focus, negative ratings is one of them, Suggestion: Channels like in MS Teams, evem more chANNEHLS AND EVEN PRIVATE ONES JUST FOR ADMINS
