give me back the ability to give badges and redeem prizes in the main screen. it’s obnoxious that I now need multiple crewhu tabs open. You have objectively made the platform worse for admins! ALSO, make an actual app. I don’t want cached credentials in my phones web browser. Security risk.

We are struggling with using the badge list and we just discovered - only because I was complaining that there is a button to make more badges visible. It is helpful but I actually miss the old layout. It’s large webpage with lots of empty territory. Use it!

I spoke with Thias yesterday afternoon and she mentioned that CrewHu was currently working on a Project Survey feedback initiative. It would be nice to look at the CSAT score out of 100% over the course of the max time frame. Right now we cannot tell over 200 days (current max time) what the average CSAT score is. We would need to export all the data, bring it into excel and graph it.

The hire date is too generic “more than 1 year ago”, “more than 2 years ago”.. I’d like to see either the actual hire date/anniversary or a mention to years plus months.

There’s maybe 2 different fieedbacks here regarding the café feed. Both apply to web and mobile. 1) I easily missclick the hype button and end up going to the unique post page accidentally. This is on me, but maybe we could make it better. 2) After clicking on a post, if I go back to the feed, I’m taken back to the top and with no filters. Hello, It’d be great to allow the ability for us to view (via a public method) Badges, along with employees badges being available/viewable to other employees. If this could also be integrated into the data exported to BrightGauge as well, it’d help in covering this and improving visibility into Badge contributions. Thank you.
