reduce the number of tabs i need open - crewhub is a worthless addition

give me back the ability to give badges and redeem prizes in the main screen. it’s obnoxious that I now need multiple crewhu tabs open. You have objectively made the platform worse for admins!

ALSO, make an actual app. I don’t want cached credentials in my phones web browser. Security risk.
