Kudos button on Badges

Kudos button that allows employees to give additional Crewcoins to a badge that was already given.

Feature Description

New UI Element:

• A “Kudos” button appears on received badge/feedback cards.

• Clicking the button gives Crewcoins to the employee who received the original badge.

User Flow Example:

1. John receives a badge from a peer.

2. Lisa reads it and finds it amazing.

3. Lisa clicks “Give Kudos” → John gets 10 Crewcoins.

4. Lisa cannot edit the amount; it is defined by company settings.

5. Lisa can give only 1 Kudos per Badge

Admin Settings

• Enable/disable Kudos feature.

• Set fixed Crewcoins per Kudos (e.g., 5, 10, 20).

• Crewcoins must come from employee balance

• Optional: Limit number of Kudos a user can give per day/week/month.

Conclusion:

- Keeps recognition meaningful and prevents inflation.

- Encourages broader team engagement with badges.

- Gives admins more insight into outstanding contributions.
