Leaderboards on Hub

As an employee I wished to see the Leaderboards instead of a list of contests. I will have maximum 6 metrics that are important on contests and I would prefer to see my performances on each metric on a unique view (actual leaderboards) that having to click on a list that does not show results. and then come back to access the next leaderboard and so on. By the time I am on the 3rd leaderboard I am bored
