No data for signature surveys

Signature surveys don’t have company association today, which makes it hard to track results. We should be able to associate domains to companies so any email from that domain is automatically linked.
Since this can be a harder and longer task, at least, the survey list should display some company/domain info, otherwise I need to click each survey individually to know where it came from.
