[Pulse] Filter unknown

Since Pulse will be a place to manage the surveys, it’s important for the customer to be able to easily see the unknown surveys, so they can assign to the correct employee. It’s possible to do that in the old reports, by searching in the bar (not working in pulse), but would be nice to have a filter as well.
