I want to filter rating types on the sentiment trend to look at tags exclusively from the positive or negative standpoint. This is insightful for service managers and gives a much celarer idea of urgency. The trends with all types of ratings can create an illusion of stability when your CSAT is mostly positive. I need a clear look ok what is working VERSUS what is not working.
