Signature Surveys don't look good

It is a good practice in signatrue surveys to ask for only ONE mandatory info from the end customer, and that is usually the email. With our current system, the email is not enough to link that survey to an existing contact (which would be ideal), but since it’s not that easy, I’d like the looks of signature surveys to be improved, I’d rather have the email or whatever info displayed on there instead of '“-None-”. As an example, our own slack notifications do that.
