Survey History Visibility: too much for tags, too little for comments

the positioning, font and colors make the tags take up too much space and get more atention than they actually need in the inidividual survey listing on the survey history. At the same time, the comment is the most valuable data and is greyed out on the bottom hardly visible. We’re not showcasing what’s most appealing and relevant.
